The action starts as a 12-foot boulder chases our hero down a narrow path, recreating the famous opening scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark. Next, extras chosen from the audience get to participate in the swashbuckling Cairo street scene. From there, the action really heats up as explosions, pyrotechnics and spectacular stunts put you right in the middle of the action with Indiana Jones!

Magical Moments

  • Watch your favorite moments from Raiders of the Lost Ark come to life right before your eyes! Especially memorable is the rolling boulder sequence from the opening minutes of the film.
  • Be prepared to feel the heat from the massive explosions on stage. Those are some wild pyrotechnics!

Hidden Mickeys & Other Secrets

  • Near the entrance there are some crates hidden in the bushes which are marked ‘Don’t Open’ (of course you should go ahead & open them!).
  • You’ll also find an old well with a sign on the rope saying “Do Not Pull Rope”. Pull it anyway and see what happens!

Did You Know...?

  • The giant rolling ball is no prop-it weighs well over 400 pounds!
  • The moving sets weigh approximately 100 tons, making them the largest moving sets in history.
  • The spikes that fly up out of the ground are actually activated by footpads that the stuntmen step on.
  • The golden idol is an exact replica of the one seen in the thrilling opening sequence from Raiders of the Lost Ark.

Touring Tips

  • This is a FastPass+ attraction and draws large crowds. In addition, the seating area is outside and can get quite hot in the Florida sun. Consequently, it’s a good idea to visit early in the morning regardless of whether you’re using a FastPass or not.
  • Volunteers are selected from the audience to participate in the show. If you want a chance to be chosen, sit down near the front (you’ll want to arrive well in advance of show time), and make sure your VERY enthusiastic!
