Board the Wildlife Express for a short train ride to Rafiki’s Planet Watch, where you can get a behind the scenes look at how many of the animals are cared for.

Once you arrive you’ll find several areas to explore including:
Habitat Habit! – Learn how to share our world with our animal friends.
The Animation Experience – Follow along with a real Disney animator as they show you how to illustrate your own version of a popular Disney character!
Conservation Station – See how animals are trained, fed, and cared for. There are several areas to explore including the Sounds of the Rainforest, Live Animal Cams, and the Veterinary and Training Exhibits.

Upon the completion of your tour, it’s time to board the Wildlife Express once again for your return trip to Africa!

As you enter Conservation Station, you’ll discover a breathtaking mural featuring over 600 larger than life animals!

Hidden Mickeys & Other Secrets

The large animal murals at the entrance of Conservation Station are filled with plenty of Hidden Mickeys.

Did You Know...?

As you ride the Wildlife Express train to Rafiki’s Planet Watch, look for Pride Rock in the distance!

Touring Tips

To get to the pavilions at Rafiki’s Planet Watch, you need to board a train. Lines here can get a bit long, if that’s the case you can always come back later. You can also try to tour early in the day or later in the afternoon to avoid the crowds.
Don’t forget that you’ll want to allow time for your train ride back to Africa, in case you have a FastPass+ or dining reservation elsewhere.
The Animation Experience has 25-minute classes throughout the day. You can take advantage of FastPass+ to make sure you have a spot! Since it does take a while to get to Rafiki’s Planet Watch (via the Wildlife Express train), it’s worth getting a FastPass+ so you can plan your trip accordingly.
