Right before the big plunge, take a quick peek out over the park to see a spectacular view of Space Mountain and Cinderella Castle (it’s especially magical at night).
 
The Laughing Place has its own peculiar whimsy, with playful turtles riding underground fountains, squirting jets of water and bubbling pools. The drop that leads to the Laughing Place is the only one at Splash Mountain to feature a double drop (it’s sort of like riding a water-bound roller coaster).
