In 1995, the Earffel Tower sported a pair of blue goggles in honor of Orlando Magic basketball player Horace Grant. The Magic went on to play in the NBA finals, but lost the series.

The Earffel Tower is 8 1/2 feet in diamter and boasts a hat size of 342 3/8. How did they figure out the hat size? They needed to know because during the holiday season the Earffel Tower is often topped off with a giant Santa hat!
